A 50% deposit of the
total accommodation amount is payable within seven days
from date of confirmation |

The remaining 50% of
the accommodation payment must be made 30 days prior to

Reservations made at
short notice must be confirmed by full payment within 48
hours. |

Reservations cancelled
46+ days prior to arrival will be charged at 5% of the total
accommodation amount. |

Reservations cancelled
45-21 days prior to arrival will be charged at 50% of total
accommodation amount. |

Reservations
cancelled 20-0 days prior to arrival will be charged at
100% of total accommodation amount. Excluding the period
15 December to 15 January where 100% of the total accommodation
will be charged for 30 days prior.

Reservations will be released
automatically & without notification if these payment
conditions are not met. |

Credit Card transactions
cannot be processed without signed authorisation being faxed
to Samara Private Game Reserve (Pty) Ltd, reservations department. |
